The Kiss that Killed the Innocence

This piece was recently pulled from my gallery earlier in the year because I took a second look and realized that it wasn't done yet. I finally got around to putting the finishing touches on it.

The piece itself is about how girls at very young ages want to grow up so fast. One of the things they'll do is have sex at ages 11-12-13. For most of use it's a very young age. I myself haven't have sex at all but most of my friends waited until they were 15-16-17 to have sex. I've seen this happening when older men prey on younger girls via internet. Which is why the male character is completely black and the female is losing her colors. The burning blue things are feathers, like we see with fallen angels, they lose their wings.

I hope to extend on this idea further with some more art relating to subject, and maybe even attack 50 shades of grey. Critiques and remember to like my facebook page. [link]
